Minneapolis City Townhome

This Minneapolis 4,000 SF city townhome had tile floors on the main level of the home and green carpet on the bedroom level of the home.  The bathrooms were outdated as well.  Replacing the tile with beautiful white oak custom floors and painting every surface was a major part of this project, along with updating the kitchen backsplash and remodeling the powder room and primary bath rooms.   More functionality was added to this home resulting in adding warmth, storage, comfort, and a modern design.   Given the expense of the renovations, great care was taken to select finishes and colors to blend with existing furnishings and artwork to manage the overall budget.
