Bahamas Beach Condo

This 3,200 SF Paradise Island, Nassau Bahamas condo was purchased with very outdated furniture and decor.  This project required developing a space plan and furniture layout, painting the entire condo, selecting and purchasing all furniture, linens, kitchenware, and accessories from the U.S.    All purchases were logistically project managed as all was shipped from the U.S. to Nassau, Bahamas in one shipping container.   An eye for detail and logistic management was essential for success as once the items are on island, it is difficult to return items and re-select.   Given the climate consideration, fabrics and finishes were selected to withstand the humidity and salt air.  This condo is fun, sophisticated, and functional.    Ready for fun in the sun!
